59	web_scripts_tmp is a stupid name (and a poor concept in general)	andersk		I really don’t like how scripts decided to litter its users’ home directories with a bunch of uglily-named subdirectories, but web_scripts_tmp is a particularly bad choice.  Lots of our users, including ones that really know what they’re doing, have deleted it because it looks like it’s “temporary”.  Since web_scripts_tmp actually stores session data for PHP autoinstalls, this causes their autoinstalls to break in nonobvious but spectacular ways.	defect	new	normal		autoinstallers
